SECTION 20 - RETURN OR SEND PACKAGE BACK
You have the right of withdrawal, as per national directives, of 15 days which we extend to 30 days. So you can send back your product or give up your service within 30 days of receipt of the package or the start of the service without any reason to declare.
The reimbursement of the amount spent will be made within 48 hours of receiving the product back in our office (if physical product) otherwise within 48 hours of the stop of the service.
The return shipping costs, as per national directives, are charged to the customer.

SHIPPING BY COURIER
The collection by courier, which takes place at our office every weekday, is to be understood in the name and on behalf of the final customer who therefore undertakes to accept the delivery costs as indicated at the time of the order as well as when checking the integrity of the packages upon arrival of the goods at your home.
The preparation of deliveries may be subject to delays, even not due to our will, as well as arrival times which will be subject without any responsibility to weather conditions, traffic conditions, any holidays, etc. During the delivery, the customer is required to check:
Number of packages, packaging compliance, parcel integrity
Any anomaly must be reported in writing before collection with the written CONTENT CONTROL RESERVES, expressly specifying the reason.
They will deliver the ordered products to the address you indicated during the order confirmation. All delivery times quoted are estimates based only on normal order processing and delivery times stated by carriers. The couriers used do not make preventive phone calls nor do they manage requests for shipments at particular times.
LIABILITY NOT CHARGABLE
We assume no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events which prevented, in whole or in part, the delivery of the shipment on time agreed by the contract. We will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of non-performance of the contract (for the reasons mentioned above), the consumer having the right only to a refund of the price paid. We are not responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use by third parties of checks and other means of payment when paying for the products purchased.
CURRENT LEGISLATION
Contracts between you and us will be subject to Italian law.
